This property, The Madonna House, is a boutique triplex featuring three thoughtfully designed rental units. Each unit is a fully private space with its own entrance, offering guests comfort and independence during their stay. While units are separate, they share the same building, so occasional light noise between units is possible. The property is just a short walk to the beach and close to local dining, coffee shops, and attractions, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area.

Please treat the space with care and help us keep it relaxing for all guests. House Rules Check-In / Check-Out * Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests and Visitors * The number of overnight guests may not exceed the occupancy limit stated in the reservation. *Reasonable daytime visitors are permitted, provided they are respectful of the property, neighbors, and house rules. *No parties or events without host approval Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. * Please be respectful of neighboring units and outdoor shared spaces. No Smoking * No smoking or vaping inside the suite. * If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. * Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee. Beach & Sand * Please rinse off sand before entering when possible. * Do not shake sandy towels or items inside the suite. * Avoid placing wet towels, swimsuits, or beach gear directly on furniture. Pets * No pets allowed. * Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees. Parking * There is plenty of parking on the property. Please park only in driveways & graveled areas in front of house. (There are 2 driveways and 3 additional gravel "lanes" alongside driveways, each with enough space for multiple vehicles to park). * Be mindful not to drive over center pathway and/or pathway lights (front center of property up to staircase). * Do not block neighboring driveways or properties. Do not block vehicles not associated with your reservation. Respect the Space * Please avoid excessive mess or damage. * Do not rearrange furniture. * Report any accidental damage promptly so we can address it quickly. Smart Home & Security * Exterior security cameras may be in use for guest safety and property protection. * No cameras are located inside the suite. HVAC * Please keep doors/windows closed while AC is running. * Thermostat settings may have reasonable limits to protect the shared system and keep the suite comfortable for all guests. Before You Leave We’d appreciate if you: * Place used towels in washer & start a normal (warm) cycle with laundry supplies provided. * Wash or start any used dishes (may start dishwasher cycle if needed with pods provided). * Take out excessive trash if needed. * Lock doors upon departure.
